All prices displayed on the WHY PROMOTIONS, LLC website are
cited in U.S. dollars. WHY PROMOTIONS, LLC will add shipping and handling fees
and, if applicable, sales tax. WHY PROMOTIONS, LLC reserves the right to
discontinue or change specifications and prices on promotional merchandise and
services offered without prior notice and without incurring any obligation to
the customer. Products displayed on this site are available while supplies
last. WHY PROMOTIONS, LLC has the right to refuse service, terminate accounts
or remove/edit content.

its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts or negligence of
third parties, equipment failure, unavailability of supplies, strikes,
lock-outs, war, fire, flood, or any other Act of God, any law, regulation, or
other act or order of any court or governmental agency, or delays,
unavailability, errors, or other failures of the Internet or other data networks.

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining
the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept
responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

We have made every effort to display products and colors
that appear on the site as accurately as possible. However, the product
delivered may deviate slightly from the image viewed on the website due to, but
not limited to, the following factors: system capabilities of your computer to
display images and colors or manufacturing processes.

WHY PROMOTIONS, LLC inspects all art submitted to ensure
that it will reproduce well on the promo items selected. In the event that the
art is not usable for a quality imprint on our logo products, we will contact
you with options. If necessary, we are able to assist you in creating quality
artwork. We utilize the most widely used and recommended graphic and layout
programs with our powerful graphic systems. In most cases, art prep work is
done at no charge. Production time will begin after approval of the art. Please
contact us first if rush service is required.

WHY PROMOTIONS, LLC makes every attempt to ship exact
quantities. Due to our post-production quality control efforts and the high
speed of the custom production process, there is the potential for up to 10%
over/under runs. Over/under runs for plastic bags may vary from 10% – 25%. We
will only invoice for the actual quantity shipped.

WHY PROMOTIONS, LLC is dedicated to providing you with the
highest quality promo products and customer service. If you are dissatisfied
for any reason, call us immediately. Our staff of service professionals will do
whatever it takes to guarantee your satisfaction. A restocking fee may apply.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, please contact us for a return
authorization number. Please understand that all printed products are
customized based on your specifications and once manufactured are not subject
to cancellation or reduction.

Once an Order Acknowledgment is approved, we cannot
guarantee our ability to make changes or cancellations to an order. WHY
Promotions, LLC will make every effort to comply with your cancellation
request. If you have already signed your Order Acknowledgment, there will be a
minimum charge of $50.00 to cover order entry and preparation expenses. In
addition, you are liable to pay the agreed upon price for any work that may
have been completed up to the time that we are able to cancel your order. These
charges may include but are not limited to setup charges, artwork preparation
charges, shipping charges and restocking fees. All completed work and costs
incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Prices listed do not include shipping & handling
charges. All merchandise is shipped FOB origin – we prepay shipping costs and
add it to the invoice. Merchandise is shipped either via Fed Ex, UPS or truck
depending on weight, date needed and delivery location. Freight savings based
on negotiated rates are another way WHY PROMOTIONS, LLC saves you money.

Customer agrees that it will not hold WHY Promotions, LLC
accountable for delays in delivery occasioned by acts of God or other
circumstances over which we have no direct control. Factory shipment or
delivery dates are the best estimates of our suppliers, and in no case shall WHY
Promotions, LLC be liable for any consequential or special damages arising from
any delay in delivery.

While we make best efforts to keep our site up
to date, from time to time actual market conditions may change the price of a
product. We reserve the right to change published prices of product offered on
our site at anytime. If a published site price is incorrect on an item your
have quoted or ordered, we will contact you immediately with the most updated
price or help you choose a different item that is within your budget.

We make best efforts to provide clear and
color-correct product images on our site that best reflect the true nature of
the products. However, web site images are inherently limited in their ability
to communicate color, scale, and detail. We want to remind customers to be
careful about making assumptions about products from the site image alone. We
strongly urge our customers to order actual samples. If you choose not to
evaluate a physical sample, we cannot be held responsible for the difference
between the image as it appears on your monitor and the final product

Discount offers, including on sale promotional products, may
not be combined with any other offers.

Promotional offers may not be combined with
other sales, offers, custom quotations, Asia Direct items or product requests
beyond catalog quantities and is not valid on past purchases. Free Shipping
offers exclude mugs, tumblers, water bottles, bottled water and plaques. Free
Shipping is only offered to destinations within the Continental U.S

The information and arrangement of the WHY Promotions, LLC web
